Phil brings over a decade of industry experience and has led more than 10,000 one-on-one and group training sessions. His specialties include sports performance, functional strength, corrective exercise, geriatric strength and mobility, post-rehabilitation training, prehabilitation, and youth athletic development.
Phil has worked with clients ranging from 9 to 90+ years old, including competitive high school athletes, NCAA Division I athletes, and professionals across various sports. His coaching background includes youth baseball, basketball, and soccer, as well as strength and mobility training for high school volleyball and collegiate strength coaching for Division III swimming. He is also experienced in working with clients managing degenerative conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

Nicole has years of experience in group fitness and personal training, including leading bootcamp and small-group classes. As a dedicated runner and coach, she focuses on empowering women to become healthier, stronger, and more confident—especially those who are new to fitness.
She excels at helping new members adjust to the gym environment and develop consistent, sustainable routines. Nicole is passionate about creating a welcoming space where clients feel encouraged and supported at every step of their journey.

Ashton has over five years of experience working with a diverse range of clients through both one-on-one sessions and group training. She specializes in strength training, functional fitness, and corrective movement. Ashton has worked with youth athletes, adults of all levels, and clients ranging in age from 7 to 75.
She has a particular passion for helping kids get acclimated to the gym environment, teaching them proper movement mechanics early on. Ashton also has experience working with peri- and post-menopausal women to help them navigate training with confidence. Her athletic background includes powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and endurance events—having completed two half marathons.

With over a decade of experience as a high-level athlete and years of hands-on coaching, Jose brings a powerful combination of athletic achievement and professional expertise to the world of performance training. A former member of the Chilean Olympic Team and South American Champion in both discus and shot put, he was ranked 13th in the world in discus in 2016 and competed as a four-year NCAA Division I track and field athlete. Most recently, he transitioned into powerlifting, earning the title of Pennsylvania State Champion.
Jose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. His coaching background spans NCAA Division I football, track and field, and cross-country, as well as middle school and high school athletes, elderly individuals, and people of all fitness levels—including those with cognitive and developmental disabilities. He has held coaching roles at Liberty University and the University of Lynchburg, and now brings his deep knowledge, passion, and personal athletic experience to GPG, where he helps members become stronger, more confident, and more resilient.

Mackenzie is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with a strong background in both performance training and rehabilitation. She coaches the throws team at Gettysburg College and trains a wide range of clients at GPG.
She earned her B.S. in Exercise Science with a focus in Strength and Conditioning from Liberty University, where she also competed as an NCAA Division I javelin thrower. Mackenzie has experience in exercise testing, body composition analysis, and physiological monitoring.
During her internship at the Virginia Sport and Spine Institute, she worked alongside physical therapists, chiropractors, and strength coaches, gaining hands-on experience in injury prevention, rehab, and return-to-play programming.
Mackenzie has coached NCAA Division I, high school, and middle school athletes, as well as individuals of all ages. She specializes in evidence-based, individualized training that helps clients recover, stay healthy, and perform at their best.

Haley is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with a focus on mobility, rehabilitation, and functional movement. She works with clients of all ages, including older adults with physical conditions, to restore proper movement patterns, alleviate pain, and build strength through tailored corrective training.
With a commitment to improving quality of life, Haley combines strength training and mobility exercises to help clients move better and feel better in both everyday activities and their fitness routines. Whether clients are recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to enhance overall movement function, Haley designs individualized programs that promote long-term health and optimal performance.
In addition to one-on-one personal training, Haley offers assisted stretching, cupping, scraping, and massage to enhance flexibility, aid in recovery, and improve muscle function. Her goal is to empower clients to move with confidence and eliminate physical limitations so they can return to the activities they enjoy.
